Iam looking for an lt1 for my 95 z28. I would like a lower mileage stock if possible. I am kind of light on the funding so if it could be had for less than $1000 that would be great. I am located in NE Iowa so the closer the better.

I have a friend that has a stock short block w/ 50k for sale. He wants $350 for it.

 

Can he verify the miles? and where is he located?

 

Other than knowing the odometer reading on the car when it was removed I don't know how to verify the miles. He is located in Reading, Pa 19605.
