On '91 and '92 Camaro IROC and Z 28 they replaced the classical louvers and called them "Power Blisters". some may refer to them as scoops.

Saw your post over on the other forum. I have a pair on a nice black hood, really hate to seperate. If you weren't so far away I'd make you a great deal on the whole thing.
