Must fit stock length rear for 4th Gen.

I say do it on stock wheels with MT ET Street Drag Radials. Cost less, and they CAN run into the 9s.
Unless that car needs to pull 1.2 or 1.3 consistently, everything you mention above is way too pricey for that build, IMHO.
