I need the whole transmission for a '97 3.8L V6....or so the mechanic says. The first 3 gears will not move the car, but 4th will get it chugging along to where it needs to be. the first 3 gears just sound like they won't make contact all the way and it just makes a smooth rubbing noise. any ideas...would help thanks alot...derek
