I am looking for a set of 3.73 gears to put off in my trans am and possibly a good high stall converter anywhere between 2800-3000. Anybody know of any good deals right now? Please let me know.

 

I've got a set of 3.73's

I just have to remove the ring from the posi and the pinion from the housing of the 10 bolt.

$110 shipped I can do on them if your interested

I believe they are even GM gears

 

How long were they used and are they any signs of wear on them? Did they have a whine at any speed? Please let me know.

PS: Why are you getting rid of them?

 

I'm not sure how long they were used for, I'd guess maybe 25-30k

I blew the posi and bought another 10 bolt with 4.10's

They didnt make any noise til the posi binded up on me. No teeth are broken on the ring gear and the pinion looks good as well ! The wear looks even to me, I can get pics for ya if your interested.
