Wires and computer to calibrate ECM

I am looking for the connection wires that hook up to the ecm, and/or computer with program to calibrate my car. PM me or email me.

I have a laptop, you can buy the cable from Akmcables.com and the program from thunderracing or tbyrnemotorsports.

Its a Dell Inspiron 7000. Asking $350 OBO shipped.
