I'm with Eric on this one. I can't stand when a member does that ****. I see it all of the time. It's pretty simple. If you can't help the guy then don't post.

 

Take your own advice man. You just said "If you can't help the guy then don't post". Well, you just made a post that doesn't help the guy. So practice what you preach. And I think being a "rent-a-cop" is fine. Why do you do something if you know it should be posted somewhere else?

I apologize. I saw he only had two posts, therefore I figured I didnt have to be a mod to tell a new member that it needed to be in another section or it would get moved or deleted. Jason what is the ruling on this? I dont want to start an arguement trying to help someone out.

Normally, they just get deleted like mentioned in the link in my post above. It is not had to tell the difference between FOR SALE and WANTED, but sometimes it is an honest mistake.

Since they normally get deleted, there is no need to say anything and therefore, no one else needs to fire an insult back. Just click the "Report this post to a moderator" link in the post and we mods will "do our jobs".

The help is appreciated.
