VORTECH PARTS to complete s-trim kit


I am looking for a few misc. parts to complete a vortech s-trim kit... I need the following parts to fit the 95-97 trans am v-1 s-trim kit.
1. vortech intake elbow
2. inlet pipe from elbow to head unit
3. pipeing from head unit to air filter
4. air filter setup
