not sure how it happened, latch was closed, was going about 85mph, hit a little dip, and, heard a crazy wind noise, then all of a sudden.........gone it took off, and actually flew a little before smashing on the other side of the street( lucky no other cars or people were around )

thanks anyway guys, i just bought a new one from gm my buddy got it for me at cost.....paid 415 after tax (canadian dollars)......around 260 u.s. dollars, but also don't have to worry 'bout shipping cost.
