Ive got one that the clips are broken off of but it worked fine in my lt1 never had any issues at all. Ill take 40 for it let me know

thanks alot for the offer but i had to get one to move the car. on another note. what made you pick the strange 12 bolt instead of a moser or the 9 inch. i was courius because im in the market now an i was not sure of some of the pros and cons of each. i havedone a search but all the responses are about even

9inch is a little stronger. 12bolt is more drop-in IMO, can be had a bit cheaper, and won't lose as much power (drivetrain loss) as the 9inch

I liked the 12 bolt that strange offers as they offer it with grease zerks on the outter bearings. They are the only ones to offer this and its very nice. I just pulled my posi unit out of the strange and installed a 3:73 with a spool so if your in need of a great posi unit and 4:11 gears let me know. The 12 bolt also doesnt rob as much HP. I have seen real life dyno numbers between cars that we did tests on and seen a 12 HP lose between the 9 and the 12. I saw this with my own eyes and hear say. anyways Ive also thought highly of strange as well they have helped me in the past.

thanks guys. what type of modifications are needed for a 9". spinner your saying the 12 bolt is cheaper, some of the prices that i have gotten the 9inch is cheaper.
