i have one. It's an MTI cai with the conicle K&N, It's in good condition, (not brand new) but good shape. The big Injection molded piece was siliconed at the seam from the factory and it may need a new bead of silicone to be perfect, but it is really no big deal. If you see it you will easily understand what I'm saying.
