I have a Moroso CAI that I haven't used since I got it with the motor. It's the one in Summit catalogs.

The one posted is a custom made piece, no one will have one similar.
If you want to get technical, the pictures you posted aren't of a "True" Cold Air Intake. A "True" Cold Air Intake put the filter below the engine bay so it does not suck in warm air from the engine compartment (Like the Moroso). Like this:

If you want something similar to the one you posted, take off the stock air box and clamp a 4" K&N Filter on it. It would look something like this:
