I would like a bumper cover that is structurally in perfect shape, the paint can be ugly as hell with chips and stuff, I am going to repaint which ever one I get and replace me smashed one. I keep getting screwed over on ebay because people out bid me at the very last second even when I have a high maximum bid in. If anyone could help here that would be great. I can pick up if anyone has one around the Philly PA area. Thanks
