Fog light switch and Upper Dash Pad

Hey guys, still trying to rebuild the interior... need a new fog light switch and upper dash pad (under the windshield with the defrost vent in it).... anyone got one to sell for a decent price???

would send for just the shipping, since you are in the islands.
