I have a 1996Z28SS Car No.12 looking for a Brand New Dash pad anyone can help out here please le me know.....Car came Black with Stock Wing and Tail Lights i wanted 98 Z28 SS look and Sold my Wing and Put 98 Lights in the Back keep myself everyday now !!!!

 

Going the same way with my 95'. Also my dash is in good shape but went to eBay to look for one just incase and I found that they now make a hard plastic cap for the dash. Ordered one for my 06' Denali and it worked and looked great. I put a picture of it below and a picture of what I found for the Camaro.
