Lightbulb 97 Z28 rims... read on

This may be an odd question, i am in search of 97 Z28 rims (the plain 5 star). Im also wondering if any one out there has them powder coated black with a polished lip? If not that is ok, because that is what I plan on doing with them to put on my 95 Z. Also if anybody knows of companies that do powder coating for a decent price hit me up.

Any and all offers welcome, really wanna look into this hard.

Not to burst your bubble, but it won't work. I recently had a set of these and the wheels have some sort of plastic/rubber type coating on them. No way your gonna be able to powder coat them.

What about if he had the rims sand blasted and prepped. Why couldn't you get them powder coated then? Also i might have a set of the 97 Z28 5 stars for you. I'm getting new rims in April. If your still interested let me know.

yeah destructo that was what i was thinkin... i would have to have them sandblasted and prepped. I dont know how much that will cost, was gonna look into it. I have also found a set of gunmetal ZR-1 wheels with rubber already mounted on ebay they are 17's but hey, if the rubber is already included, why not.
