hey guy just looking to buy a used but in good shape stock or mod rearend.. broke the teeth in my rearend(there goes those 3:73) just looking to find a cheap working rear untill i can save up for a strange 12 bolt with tru trac

I have the stock rear axle from a 94 Z28 convertible that I am parting out. What is your zip and I'll see what shipping will cost.

 

i dont need the rear axles i broke the gears and to costly to rebuild the weak 7.5 .. i looking for a entire unit thats works to just swap out!!!

 

I have the whole rear end out of a 94 Z28. It has a Motive 4.10 ring and pinion in it if you are interested.

DLD9C1- Do you know if that axle from the 94 Z had disc brakes and no traction control? I am looking for one for my 95Z28 with those options. Does anyone know if there is any difference in those 2 years?

 

I don't think there is any difference in those two. Mine has disc brakes and no traction control and is still for sale.

 

Thank you for the offer, swomp rat, but right now, I am trying to get this going as cheap as possible and it is totally stock right now, and will be a daily driver, so, It probably isn't a good idea for the 4.10 gears for me. If I was able to justify the better rear right now, I would definitely consider it. I may just take it out and get measurements to take it to a local drivetrain shop and have them get the right one. They said it would be approx. $100 - $125.

 

I don't know if it had traction control or not. It is all stock and I still have it. It does have disc brakes.
