I have a set of Hooker shortys with y-pipe. I'm fixing to take them off and install long tubes. They have the emission stuff on them but the air pump bungs are weld closed. You would just cut the top of the weld off to use them. The EGR piece is not pluged. They are paint black and have pictures if you like to see them.
