4th Gen Steering Column - no wheel needed

I need a steering column from a 4th gen, no wheel or airbag needed. Need to have tilt/cruise/delay wipers (though I think all 4th gens had those anyway). Let me know what you've got.

my brother I thinks still has his because he replaced his with a 02 trans am for the airbags..
