This camshaft kit has the xe262h flat tappet cam. This includes a complete matching valve train.

Comp Cams Extreme Energy XE262H "K" Cam Kit P/N K12-238-2 for a 262-400 CID Small Block Chevy. This is a BRAND NEW IN THE BOX matched performance valvetrain assembly which includes the following components: XE262H-10 Hydraulic Camshaft (P/N 12-238-2), CB Hydraulic Lifters (P/N 812-16), 1.250 Outer Valve Springs w/dampner (P/N 981-16), 11/32" 1.250 Steel Retainers (P/N 742-16), 11/32" Single Groove Locks (P/N 601-16), 11/32" O-rings (P/N 501-16), and High Energy Standard (not double roller) Timing Chain Set (P/N 3200). The cam specs are 218 IN / 224 EX duration @ .050", .462 IN / .469 EX Valve Lift, and 110 Degree Lobe Center. I will also include a set of Comp Cams High Energy Push Rods (P/N 7812-16) and a set of Comp Cams Magnum 1.52 Roller Rocker Arms (P/N 1412-16). All of these parts are brand new in the box, were openned only to inspect when I bought it. I was going to install in a 350 chevy, but ended up selling the car. The total cost for these items if purchased from Jegs or Summit Racing would be $485.00 !!

This will not work on late model 350 305 etc 86-02. This will work perfect on all 262-400 cid Gen 1 small blocks ! I am selling this because of a recent speeding ticket otherwise it would go in my car! I bought it for my 305 however it will work perfectly on a 350. perfect for a 2nd or 3rd gen camaro/firebird. I am asking 275.00 FIRM!
