This factory vented optispark was only on my car for about 2500 miles. It is still in good working condition. The only thing that is wrong with it, is one of the metal bolt holes is broken. For those that have gone through an opti installation previously, you know once these fit into place, they pretty much won't move at all on their own. Even then, you still can bolt two bolts in just fine, and honestly, you can still bolt the broken bolt hole as well and it won't go anywhere. This is a vented opti, so it should work on any 95+ LT1 car.
