what would you do?

sent money order to this guy for some parts on 3/28/05. have sent 2 pms with no answer. his last activity was 9 days ago, so not a bad deal yet. just want what i paid for!!!!
any advice ??

ya i sent a money order to a guy for seats his last day active was the 6th i emailed him and pmed him alot and no answer =/ idk man im calling my guy tomorrow

still no parts, i think this guy is "bull shipping" pm him last knight telling him to call me, or i will call police in his area. waiting over 30 days, will not wait any longer!!! if this dosnt have any efect, i will tell everyone his bord, and real name!!!

I would contact him and let him know that the next step is to go to the authorities. If you buy and send all money orders from the usps. And send it certified/sign required. Failure to complete the transaction constitutes mail fraud and is a federal offense! This alone typically should motivate most people to make good on their deal! But if not, you could contact the post office and see what you next steps for enforcement are. This is all assuming that you got the MO at the USPS and sent it sign req-it's like$2-$3 bucks more-definitely worth it!
