This guy makes a habit of screwing people out of money and product .. pays with paypal then does a chargeback and keeps the product ..REFUSES to return product or pay for it !!!

Sounds like he's a real kock-chugger.

I've had people ask for COD and then bounce the check they pay with. That really ticks me off.

This guy bought something off me before on ebay.. I had no problems with him.. Weird...

Let me start by telling you TVP that you are indeed a piece of art!! LOL, why am I not surprised to read your unfounded, misconstrued and false accusations and defamation towards myself!?!?.
Yes, I bought a A4 shifter plate from you, I indeed emailed you numerous times asking you for a true and honest description of this item to which you responded item was in excellent conditions. I go ahead and Paypal you the money immediately and you sent me a shifter plate MISSING A TAB, CRACKED, SCRATCHED, WORN AND MISSING THE RED GEAR SELECTOR INDICATOR!!(I have photos of it) After numerous emails and delays from YOU I ask you to refund me at least half the cost ($10.00) so we could split the loss (something I had no need to do) what's your response..NEGATIVE. I again email you asking for a resolution .. your answer a terse "send it back" ..my response to you: ok, cool, I'll send it back, but who's paying for the return shipping?? I'm NOT, I already paid once and I will NOT, for your irresponsability agree to lose one more cent on this transaction. Your rsponse..SILENCE, NOTHING, NADA!!!
I email you again!! I again ask that we resolve this by 1) refund me half the cost($10.00) 2) You pay return shipping(being it your absolute fault for selling a piece of junk!!) and I will send it back or 3) I will contest the payment via my credit card. Your response ..SILENCE, NOTHING!!!
So I went ahead and contested the payment , I provided ALL necessary documentation to BOTH my credit card AND Paypal, including copies of our emails (Yes I still have them ALL!!!) and got my money back. Thanks
I guess scammers don't like it when someone stands up and refuses to take your BS, uh TVP?? By the way the shifter plate I gave FREE OF CHARGE to a fellow boardmember as I am NOT in the business of "scamming" or "TVPing" fellow enthusiasts. maybe 95 Mystic TA will like to back up my words here.
Regarding your defamation of me that three persons were "taken" by my actions, I demand and challenge you to prove this, anywhere, anytime, anyway. My record IS clean and I stand by my word and actions as a man, I have tangible proof of what I have just stated, do you, TVP???

Ya know, I had a dealing with TVP myself. The part that I received was not really in the condition that was described. Missing mounting tabs, modifications, etc. I wasn't going to make a huge deal about it as the part was certainly beter than the shattered piece that was the original. I do see a similarity here
When I mentioned via e-mail that the part was rougher than described, I heard nothing. It was certainly low dollar, but it's the principle that matters. I guess we are supposed to feel relieved that we even received parts at all considering how there are numerous examples of scammers that send you nothing in return.

 

well atleast your going to admit to it .. bottom line .. you've got the part and the money ... I've been scammed of both .. of course you have pictures .. there were dozens on my page .. hell there's a couple there now ... ALL showing the piece in question .. without the orange marker , you missed it , and now need someone else to blame ... I'm sorry you assumed more than what is resaonable .. I offered a full refund as you pointed out .. you ignored it and want to have your cake and eat it too .. well enjoy ... I've been here longer than most .. I'll be around more than many ... if ANYone ever had a problem with one of my parts , I've always offered a refund ... when the other party is disappointed it's a loss for EVERYone . I try to describe everything and show pictures for this VERY reason !! yet a few slip by ..... hence offering the refund , but yet some people think
they are owed the part and the money since I wasted thier time

Only thing I admit to is 1)being sold a useless, damaged part, when I asked and asked for a honest description and 2)to getting my money back. Please read carefully, the shifter plate I gave away to another boardmember FREE OF CHARGE..FREE!!!
The photos I have are not yours they are day/time stamped photos I took of the item when it arrived to document the piece of junk you sent me. I do NOT assume anything , I'm too old for that, what I did do, unfortunately, was trust your description of the item and your integrity as a seller and Fbody enthusiast. Let me make it very clear to you Mr. TVP that this not my first business transaction and I that I am man enough to know you can't have your cake and eat it too, but I will NOT allow you or anyone, for that matter, to drag my name and falsely accuse me like you just did. You, Mr.TVP are the only one to blame for this situation, for trying to sell a piece of junk, for not responding promptly, for not wanting to resolve the problem, for being inflexible, for having no customer service skills whatsoever and for falsely accusing me.

I will agree with one thing you said "when the other party is disappointed it's a loss for EVERYone" true, but remember the "golden rule" "treat others like you want to be treated yoursef" You want to sell parts and do your business, I suggest you get your act together, follow up on your deals and admit/fix your mistakes. Show some respect and common courtesy and you'll get the same in return. You are not dealing with ignorant, immature individuals here.
I have my money back, not one cent more not one cent less and the satisfaction of not having been scammed by you, what's fair is fair.

obviously you have your opionion .. that's fine .. you where presented with dozens of pictures of the part .. you assumed the part was new , yet where shown pictures of it being used .. yet you say its useless it was in a car used for YEARS !! ... I had several people lined up to buy it ..hell they were bringing double what you paid on ebay and yet I GIVE IT to you for less than HALF ... and you still complained !! so I offered a refund , you refused it saying you wanted to keep the part and wanted even more money back !!! so I assume you can't see and are blind ??? did you bother to look at the pictures ??? I gave , what , a 2 word description ??? again ..did you see the pictures ??? you took more of your own ??why ??? didn't you see ALL the ones I posted ???

Really? I guess you missed my e-mail. Then again you couldn't have missed it, you replied to it stating that you were glad that the part arrived, but no mention of the condition that I wasn't happy with. No offer for anything, evidently you must have known the part was less than described, there was no mention at all.............
