I have a vig3200 stall, it has been about a year since precision opened it up and serviced it last. I have a t350 now and have no use for it.

Would like $400 for it

 

I am guessing this came out of your LT1 car. Why was it serviced, was it restalled? Does it lockup? zmefly@earthlink.net

 

I am interested, I would also like to know how the tranny was working when it came out. I am in Arlington at UTA, I see on your site you've been out to Kdale. I'll be out there tonight. Let me know.

 

They had it because I was having my 4l60e rebuilt and they opened it up and it was fine. Yes it locks up and it was previously a 2800 and now its a 3200.

 

Would you take 350 picked up soon?

yes it has about a 8000 miles, it was last august they had it.

 

Real soon, but one question. The tranny it was behind was good when you pulled it out, right? I dont mean to sound rude, but I am sure you know how the gunk from a blown tranny will stay behind to haunt the next tranny it goes into!

Yes I am aware of that, that is why I had them look at it the first time, and it was fine nothing was wrong with it.

The tranny it came out of was slipping from 2 to 3rd. The converter has been drained of all fluids and nothing seems wrong with it. You can always have someone open it up for peace of mind. But this converter has never given me problems. I actually miss it compared to the 3500 hughes I have in the t-350.

I think you can have someone local look at it for less than 100 bux, not sure really. My tranny was not slipping to bad from 2nd to 3rd but it was noticiable. I am not trying to screw you over, I just want to sell it without putting more money in it, if nothing is wrong with it.
