I ordered a Rag Joint Eliminator from Unbalanced Engineering a few days ago. I placed my order on a tuesday night and it was at my house thursday morn. I had a question about it and emailed them and they responded in under 10 minutes. I was very happy with the product and even more impressed with the customer service.
