They had cig plugs on them, but I had them cut off and hard wired in with a fuse.

They are all 12v, so just plug them up to any 12v signal

As far as mounting, the tubes are ten inches long with screws on either end.

The pedals clamp on to the pedals.

the eight inch rings are well eight inches...
