I would say yes, but who knows if this is one of Tom's buddies or if they just don't care but are answering everyone so they stop emailing.

 

I am going to email again Monday night to try and find out.
I agree though that someone should asctually go down there in person. A certified letter from the board administrators from here, LS1.com, and ebay woukd be nice too. Doubtful from ebay but still wishful thinking.

 

To me the last line of that reply tells it all. "Please let me know if you see anything happen again." to me that says..... I'm not ready to fire him over it, but maybe if he does it a bunch more times. I dont think much will come of it. Someone call this person directly. Predator would be best, because he can explain what has happened better, and I think hearing it from him would be better than Tom's boss reading it anonamously. Plus, Predator could provide records to the boss concerning how Tom Connel removed the money from the business. Then you tell him you intend to press charges, as does the business, etc etc, and that you've reported him to the federal govt, etc. I think that would be the kind of stuff that would motivate his boss to do something meaningfull, instead of the small lecture I forsee for Tom Connel

Tom is a ****ING scumbag... This **** got me kicked off ebay for posting the fake info he is using to SCAM people... I get a email from ebay.. Ebay got a nice email back with links to every ebay name he's been using in the past months along with all the posts from various forums he's using to try and rip others off. I hope ebay makes the right choice and gives me my account back, Either way I still got my girls account I can use

I'm pretty pissed off with this ebay **** he pulled... Although I have my girl's account, that isnt the point, I had a well respected ebay account with over 150 positive feedbacks, Now I gotta build up my girls account so that one as well is respected. Hopefully ebay will see this, I provided more then enough information to them... everyone keep on this scumbag. email his job, call his job, make his life a living hell !!!
