timberwolf its been 3 months

this is just rediculous. he wont respond to me whatsoever and continues to post and buy and sell here daily. i guess he figures hes had some good sales on here so he can do as he pleases to some members. this is the first time ive had any problem with anyone online. this is also probably the oldest guy ive dealt with, kinda suprising to get this treatment from a prominent member. the communication from him is a perfect example on how not to do buisness with someone. i sent tires to him on sept 18th and he sent me half the money and said id get the rest when he sold something. now i see him buying tires for his other vehicle among other parts and he completely ignores me. communication was great till i shipped the tires, he would respond in minutes now its never.

I was trading him a turbo for a laptop about a month or so ago and I sent him some money for the difference...well when I finally heard from him he would tell me that he forgot to ship it. After about 2 weeks of hearing that same thing, I told him to give me the money back. Well he promptly sent the money back so I didn't get completely screwed but I had alot of trouble with him.

Ion sent me a set of heads before I could completely pay for them. I guess its all in who you do business with. "Trust" thing.

he originaly was supposed to send me a ds but he couldnt figure out how to ship it. so i told him just send me the other $100 instead to make it easier. i guess its no easier shipping money orders. hyper this is the first time ive sent parts before i was paid in full. i did my research and saw how involved he was with the board and he had 3500 posts, so i figured he was a safe bet. i wont make that mistake again. hes just got too many deals going on at one time, and i kinda think he robs peter to pay paul kinda thing and gets backed up. thats how it appears anyway.

Thumbs down

Mike's f***in' people yet again. Figures.

I went through this bulls*** with him earlier this year. 3 months went by before I got the item that I paid him for the day we agreed on the sale.

This thread from a while ago is full of assumed opinions and false claims of him being worthwhile, mostly from his "friends." People stick up for him just because he's been here a while. That's not right...and he proves it frequently.

You'll see my post in that thread...I have never laid out everything that went on, since there's not much of a point to it, but now I wish I would've made it all public at the time of the incident. Should'a, would'a, could'a...

No one should EVER buy from Mike Couey (Timberwolf)!!

Eric

This board has been fairly good to me in terms of selling/buying. I have had a few hitches, but nothing major. I cant condemn a whole board because of one bad dealing.
You just gotta watch your back when buying /selling

We need to keep these bad seller complaints in a forum. Any suggestions moderators? Like a compliment and complaint section

I will not vouch for anyone, but I WILL say this. I did recieve the things Mike sold to me and they were what he described. I am not saying that he or anyone else for that matter always does the right things. It just happens that he made things right with me. Just my .02
