i just rebuilt a turbo 350 short shaft (6" output shaft). all new raybestos frictions, all hard parts inspected, bushings replaced where necessary new seals. the case is a 4x4 case (stronger around bell housing). i left the speedo gears out, you will have to determine what you need for your rear end/tire combination. willing to change output shaft to long shaft (9") or back to 4x4 shaft. asking $400 or trade for nos GM fenders for 87 IROC
