T-56 for sale....

I got a T-56 Tremec.Came out of my 98 Formula.

NOTE!!!....Second gear shift fork is bent...that or the ring that holds it in place.Shifter moves in gear but no gear or noise!

NOTE!!!..Needs a snychro kit!..60K on it no rebuilds.

Grinds going into 3rd,4th.

Goes into 1st,5th,6th.and reverse no noise ever.

Tranny only...I need to the rest of the parts...

do you know for a fact that its a bent shifter fork??? i mean have you had it apart? i have the same problem w/ min but minus all the noise going into 3rd ect...

Well here's what I can figure on it.You can feel the engagement about to happen.If You PULL HARD on the shifter it will almost go in.Just doesn;t get in there.Now if you turn the car OFF and put it in 2nd and hold it and then start the car.Most fo the time it will be in second.NO noise and no drama.Funny huh?

Anyways these shift forks are stupid flimsy and need to be thrown in the trash.I forced it with a crappy azz stock shifter and there we are!
