I dont have the box...it was mounted on my 383 but removed cause I needed an adjustable chain to get the lift at TDC correct.

The numbers on the cam sprocket says S288 if that means anything...Im assuming its a cloyes but I cant remember..I wouldnt have gotten aything else cause the one I got to replace it was also a Cloyes.
