Stock salad shooter wheels

I have 4 salad shooter wheels for sale. Selling them for $25 each plus shipping. They are all in decent shape, just need good cleaning, and center caps are included.

i live P.A. still got the rims,tires to go with them and will they fit 245/50/16?
