It has the electical parts and is ready to bolt on. I bought this for my 98ta but sold the car. I never used it, however it is a used part. Is very clean. I can't post pictures but it is looks to be in great shape. Can't beat it for $30.00. plus $5.00 shipping. I take paypal.
