Stock 96 aluminum LT1 heads- 200
Stock Cam- 40
Stock rocker arms/studs- 20
Stock pushrods- buy anything else and they're free, 5 otherwise
stock lifters- 50
stock head bolts- free if you want them!
stock timing chain- 15

They should be aluminum if they are from an fbody.

If you can pick 'em up easily with one hand - aluminum.
If you pick it up and it gives you a hernia - cast iron.

 

Thanks, made the correction. I was pretty sure they were aluminum, but I checked somewhere else, too, and now I know for sure.

 

Are stock head bolts from that year reusable?

 

To be honest with you I don't know. Is that mroe of a rhetorical question telling me they're not? If they aren't somebody tell me and I'll take them off.

 

Used head bolts is not a good idea. TTT for you and good luck with your project.

Hey what's your lowest price on the heads shipped to 11385? How many miles on them and did they have any problems? Also are they full assembled or bare heads?

 

I'm looking for about 200 shipped on these. Thats not bad, becasue shipping these things won't be very cheap. They are fully assembled.

Thats right, the guy FINALLY shipped them yesterday (told me they would be here a week ago ) so I should be ready to ship mine by next week.
