Unmolested stock LT1 heads with rockers, springs, valves, etc. Got them off a member here on CZ28.com said they had less than 30K on the clock. They look clean. Bought them with the intention of opening them up a bit but never got around to it and now my father-in-law is cleaning out the garage.... *sighs*

Hasn't been professionally checked for warpage or cracks but they look great, besides, I haven't done anything with them since I got them and the member I bought them from said they were fine.
