Stock LT1 engine

The engine has a blown headgasket. It is complete from intake to oil pan. The motor is from a 97 trans am.

$600 OBO, I want to get this thing gone......

what type of mileage does the motor have...and is their anything wrong with it other than the blown headgasket?

The motor has roughly 90k on it, the car was purchased with this motor which did NOT fire up. The motor was eventually pulled and is the one you see here. I would probably suggest a rebuild for the sole fact that I do not know how long it sat with the blown headgasket.

I do not think the internals are damaged but I would DEFINATELY suggest a rebuild. I would not try to just throw a new gasket on it and call it good.
