I sent a cashiers check out to stik6shift93 aka Brian Derickson from Naperville IL almost 3 weeks ago. He will not respond to my PMs, emails or IMs. Ive had one contact with him over AIM, in which he said he hadnt been at the computer, had knee surgery, and that he had just recieved my check, and would get the springs shipped out that week. That was last week, and I still havent recieved the springs, or a tracking number. Again I cant get ahold of him via email, PM, posts, or AIM. Anyone know this guy, or know how I can get ahold of him? I want my springs!!

Why is it everytime someone buys something off the internet,the "seller" all of a sudden,lands in the hospital,divorce,death in the family,loses their house and it screws the buyer out of their purchase or takes 2 months before it is sent?
Why do people start to sell things right in the middle of a family crisis?
Worst thing I found,is finding a box and packing!!!

First off here's the deal, about what 6 weeks ago? You said you were going to send me payment for the springs and I waited and waited and no money came. I figured that you backed out. I just got out of the hospital a week ago from knee surgery and my mom told me I had a letter from you,which she couldn't have had for more than a week since that was how long i had spent in the hospital. First time since i got out I talked to you on aim and informed you that I would ship out the springs immediatly. Then your little buddy food st4mp aims me threatening to come to my house and f#$% me up if i didn't get the springs out immediatly. Unfortunatly I don't take **** like that, espcieally since I hadn't even had a chance to get them shipped out. I figured since you were so anxious to get your springs after making me wait over a month for payment and had to send your buddy after me you could wait another week. I haven't ever ripped anybody off before and i have sold many things on here and several other boards. I'll ship them out to you before the end of the week. Check you pm's btw

 

Hey man, Im not here to argue or give you a bad rep. I told you in our first convos that it would be a week or two before I could get the money, and you said fine. I tried to keep you updated, told you when I had the money and when it was sent out. Im not complaining about how long its taken to get them out. It just would have been nice to hear from you and see whats going on! Kinda tend to get nervous when youve sent out over 300 bucks to someone, and cant get ahold of them and havent heard from them. If I could have been kept informed of what was going on I would have understood. I had no other way of getting ahold of you than here, or email or AIM. And after trying those routes without any luck, I started looking for ppl who might have known you. Like I said before, I wasnt out to try and ruin your rep, I just wanted to know what the deal was with the springs! All I ask is just let me know whats up.
