Pair Smoked Tail Lights "DOT" $50.00

No cracks. They have DOT on the bottom of the lense. $50.00

Any cracks, scratches etc. on them? Any broken mounting tabs?

Is there a film over them to get them smoked or is it in the plastic itself?

No cracks, a few barely noticeable, very light scratches, but nothing is through the tint. No tabs are broken. It actually looks like they have a tinted paint-like coating. It doesn't appear to be film.

They came on a car I bought along with non-tinted tail lights. I'm just not into tinted lights or covers.
