SCAMMED by Robert Parson (hardcoresoldier)!! Please help
I sent him $800 for the aluminum fastburn heads he was selling here, http://web.camaross.com/forums/showthread.php?t=339965 . I had saved all winter for this mod, to enjoy this summer and now its gone. He gave me his paypal and address over AIM as shown below.
PHardcoreSoldier: the addy is phardcoresoldier@yahoo.com
PHardcoreSoldier: i think it will work but im not sure
mdhaskell: Ok I'll give it a try
mdhaskell: whats your name and address?
PHardcoreSoldier: robert parson jr
PHardcoreSoldier: 1841-4 sardonyx rd
PHardcoreSoldier: fayetteville,nc 28303
I sent the money Via Paypal on febuary 9th and received the confirmation email that it went to his account.
He has since ignored my IM's, PM's, emails, and phonecalls. I started a claim with paypal, however if anyone is in the Fort bragg area of NC i would appriciate some help. His info:

An interesting quote from him about a friend getting scammed.."heres what you do: find out where he lives,go there and smash his knee caps....he'll think twice about doing that agaon to anyone"

Find some way to get a hold of the Millitary post and give them his name. they should be able to tell u where he is and what Unit he is in. when u find that out call his unit and ask to talk to his First Sergeant or his Commander and tell them what he did and trust me they will take care of every thing for you.

Ok, here is what you should do. First since you know where he is stationed. Call down to the base, try and find the administration office with 1st brigade since you already know his unit. After doing so contact his Sergeant Major, NOT COMMANDING OFFICER!!!!. the sergeant major handles all enlisted promlems for the most part. you would have much better luck with the SgtMaj. Next, just explain to him the situation and he will talk with pattersons Platoon commander, then platoon sgt, squad leader.... so on and so forth and believe me, the issue will be resolved. That happens here, if anyone has financial problems they call and talk with our SgtMaj and he gets down to the bottom of it very fast.

If none of that works, file a claim against him in small claims court. My roommate bought a set of ported heads last year and when he got them they were absolute garbage. He filed a claim and got his money back a few weeks ago. This process can take some time, but you will eventually get your money back.
Re: SCAMMED by Robert Parson (hardcoresoldier)!! Please help
Try this number and see if they can give you any information for a better number for the first brigade. there's a few different ones....
FT BRAGG
910-396-6995
FT BRAGG

I'm from Fort Bragg. I'm here right now. Fayetteville is the city that Bragg is next to. Chances are he lives off post given the address.
1st Brigade? Do you have any more unit info? That doesn't narrow it down very much.
Yes, definitely get ahold of either his 1st sergeant or his sergeant major if you think you're being scammed. I can get more info but I have to go to formation.
