I have abandoned my budget twin turbo SBC project to concentrate on restoring the Buick Grand National I just purchased. I purchased two '02 Powerstroke Diesel turbos for the project. $300 ea shipped. These are very low mile units I bought from owners that pulled them to replace with the newer ball bearing turbos. I also have a pair of '95 Corvette LT1 350 manifolds I was going to modify these and install upside down to attach turbos to. $80 shipped for the pair. I have a set of used SRP (JE) pistons for a 383 5.7 rods 31cc dish with pins. $300 shipped (SALE PENDING (awaiting pmt)). I have an MSD BTM for retarding timing while under boost. $100 shipped. These turbos are supposed to be good for about 550 HP ea. I believe they are Garrett GTP 38's. I have a jpeg of a fax of the flow map if interested.
