Used also for about 1 year and has normal wear of tear except to be honest I dropped it once and now on the inside top part of the flip up part of the phone there is a small hardly noticeable crack. The crack can not be seen if the phone is flipped close, nor does the crack appear to be getting any bigger. It does not affect functionality in any way. Phone is unlocked for Cingular customers as well. No charger - 55$ shipped
