For Sale: Brand New Acceleronics Impedance Converter
For Sale: Brand New Acceleronics Impedance Converter
This unit allows the use of low impedance fuel injectors with the stock PCM. Normally you'd have to get a F.A.S.T. or DFI to be able to control these injectors, the Acceleronics Impedance Converter solves this problem.
This from Acceleronics website:
The Acceleronics VersaFuelerTM (patent pending) simply splices in between your current engine control computer and the big honkin' injectors that your monster motor needs. Splice it in, hook it up to switched 12-volts and ground, and you're on your way to the races.
The VersaFuelerTM uses your engine computer injector signals to trigger separate "peak and hold" logic circuits for each injector. The "peak" part of the peak and hold circuit is capable of providing the large electric current needed to snap big injectors open quickly, something your engine control computer cannot do. Once the injector is open, the "hold" part of the circuit turns down the electric current to prevent the injector from getting too hot.
Brand new from Acceleronics these cost $395, I'll sell this for $295. Thanks.
