whats the difference between the 93 and 94 firebirds?

 

if your trying to say that 94 and up is better it's not. 93 is what it is. all my friends have 94 and up and i have had a lot of less trouble moding it. 94 and up do not run better. there for it does not make it worth less. if i was to buy another it would be a 93. just because other people dont know the difference about them does not make it worth less. or maybe its because you dont know about them.

 

Obviously these aren't all the differences, BUT the main points are:
1. 93 was Speed Density, 94+ mass air
2. 93 If A4 it was a non electronic, and 94+ was 4L60-E
3. 93 the 6 speeds were geared differently than 94+
4. Intake manifold is different, fuel rail crossovers are on the back, VS front for 94+
5. Exhaust Manifolds are different, due to the positions of the hook ups. 93 the passenger is on the back and driver side is on the front, and 94+ they are both on the front.
6. 93 non heated 02 sensors, 94+ heated 02s.
7. 6 speed cars in 93 were 3.23 geared cars, with some people saying they had 2.73 cars, 94+ the 6 speed cars were 3.42.
8. 93 Convertible not an option, 94+ it was.

These are a few there are more.... It is odd in the LT1 cars because unlike the 94~95, and 96~97 it doesn't share a huge amount of commonality with another year.
