Exclamation For Sale: 87 Iroc, 5.7 TPI

Due to finacial problems I have to sell my beloved Iroc. I don't want it to go but have no choice. Serious inqiries only please!! No B.S.

1987 Chevy Camaro Iroc-z, 5.7L, auto (TH700R4), 10 Bolt rear (3.23 gears), red, T-tops, gold accent, tan interior. power windows, power locks, power relase hatch, power mirrors, 6 way power drivers seat, air conditioning, dual folding rear seats, 145mph speedo.

This car originaly had the 5.0 TPI (vin F) engine. At 123,467 Mi I pulled the 5.0 and replaced it with a Jasper stock remanufactured 5.7. Aprox. 11k on 5.7 The 5.0 had a spun main bearing. I have aprox. $6000 invested in this car. Have proof in recipts of aprox. $5000. While replacing the engine I replaced the water pump, alternator, all belts and hoses, and all ignition componets were replaced with performance parts. Energy Suspension bushings through out the rear suspension in stock arms. Body is strong and solid. 1 small dent in hood, right door wrinkled slightly below mirror from previous owner snagging mirror while backing out of garage. Needs new headliner and T-top seals. Dash pad is in excelent condition. Rear tires are like new. Could use new fronts. Hatch motor works great. Paint is good condition for year. Only a little dull but when waxed looks great.

Mods include;

Jasper 5.7
Ported intake plenum
Intake runners polished (outside)
Intake plenum painted red
Valve covers painted red
Edelbrock TES headers and Y-pipe (50state legal)
Flowmaster cat-back (daul tail pipes exit drivers side)
Crane Hi-6 S ignition box w/ dual stage rev limiter
Crane FireBall coil
Accel cap, rotor, wires (8mm) and ignition module
Hollowed air boxes
K&N Air Filters
Ported M.A.F. sensor
GM Performace prom chip
Hypertech fan switch (160*)
Grant GT steering wheel
Throtle body air foil

Other peplaced parts include;

New radiator at 91k
Front brake pads, rebuilt calipers, trued rotors at 104k
Front wheel bearings 105k
A/C compressor 10/99
New battery 12/99

Spare parts included with car include (if wanted);

Transmision shift kit
Energy Suspension torque arm bushing
Original 5.0 w/ exhaust manifolds (apart, needs crank and main bearings)

GM trans filter and gasket (new, unopened)
1 silver spare rear 16" Iroc wheel w/ tire
1 Smooth (RS) hood (dented)

Too bad your strapped for cash and have to sell so cheap.
I love the old IROCs and will be looking for one in the future (wish I had the cash now) I sold my 88 350 IROC for 3500 with 180k on it.
Good Luck.

Ok got a few more pics uploaded here for you to view.

The bottom pic you can kinda see the dent in the hood and the wrinkle in the door below the mirror.

I'd be willing to give you only 2.5. I think it's worth more but I wouldn't be able to get the money to ship it. Chris_pierick@earthlink.net

This car can go for no less than $3500. If you don't want to give me that, please don't respond.

Thanks you.
