so i payed for the item, he said he got the money and sent it out...
Sold it on ebay..... has already got feedback from it........

i have sent about 5 emails and PM's nothing back

i thought with over 1,000post he would ok to get stuff from i guess not

How did you pay? If you still have the receipt for the money order I would make a report to the police of his county and let them visit him. You can also take it to small claims court.

File a complaint with paypal that would be the first step.

 

As long as its been 10 days you can file a report with Ebay & Paypal , with a little work you can get your money back from paypal if he dont respond & they will make his account negative balance until he pays it back , Paypals phone number if you need it is (402)935-2017 there pretty nice people . Try that bro good luck!!

post it on MFBA it's a mostly northern ill fbody club. His buddy stikshift98 posts there all the time. People will definitly lend a hand there. Even I might be able to if it doesnt get resolved.

 

Take this **** down. Make an example out of him for future scammers, there is already enough of those low-lifes hanging around.

 

ya and instead of "registered user" underneath user name, it should say "SCAMMER!!" so that way everyone would know, i think mod's should do that...

 

Paypal will take care of it.. i also got ripped a while ago on an msd box...all I received was a harness

This kid is a moron, go on mfba my screen name there is brad97z. I have made dozens of transaction on there without problems. I told him i would send them out as soon as i recieved payment, i sent them out the day after he paypaled me. The problem is this kid is being impatient.
filbielansk, i think i've dealt with you on mfba before. Is your screen name there filipb or similar? I believe i sold you an accel 300+ ignition and coil??????
Point is i've never ripped anybody off before. I told the kid as soon as i recieved payment i'd ship them out immediatly. I shipped his gauge out literally the next afternoon, i didn't think anything else of it. Then i just come on here and he's blowing the boards up saying i'm ripping him off because his stuff hasn't gotten their yet. I had to ship it to him via post office since the local ups closed and there's not another one close. I'm sorry if the post office isn't fast enough for ya buddy, what has it been a week? You need to take a lesson in patience, i've bought many things off of here before and waited much longer than that to recieve my stuff and i don't start crying all over the boards, private messaging people cussing them out.

I'm going to head over to Naperville on Saturday and I'm going to stop by his place and pick up his nitrous guage. From what I've seen on MFBA, he's never jacked anyone around, and I've dealt with stik6shift98 over there before as well, bought a wheel off him a few months back.

 

I agree. From what I've seen, he's a good guy. He posts up on MFBA and is fair. I've talked to him a few times. People just need to be a little more pacient with people. If you feel you're going to get ripped, do a little search before you buy from someone and see if they've sold items before and what the outcome was. Offtopic, Duron, how's that phone you picked up the other day? Hope it works for ya Brad is a good guy. I think you need to relax, and your stuff will come. I've been waiting for about a month for a torque arm that I bought from a guy. He's waiting for his new one before he ships out the one he sold. If you were that worried, you should have contacted him a few times before posting up somthing like this. This is last resort.

 

I just bought something off stik6shift93, I haven't recieved my item either...but He has kept in contact with me and told me he shipped it on monday, so I'm not sweating it. It should be here any day now. But from what I've gathered from talking to him a few times he seems to be a good guy. I understand that you're worried about being ripped off for your money but don't worry about it, someone with that many posts isn't about to hurt his reputation for $158. don't worry your gauge will get there, and when it does you should post that i t did get to you....
