I bought a low mileage LS1 short block in pieces a few months back and was going to rebuild it and hang on to it as a back up. Well, I rebuilt it but now I have found a trailer that I want so it's up for sale!

-All parts properly cleaned and inspected. The piston skirts had almost zero wear and the crank looked very good.
-Block lightly honed
-Crank polished
-Hastings moly rings, both top and 2nd gapped at .026"
-Durabond cam bearings
-Clevite P series main and rod bearings at .0025"


This is a great budget short block. Inexpensive yet a little better than stock with quality bearings and wider ring gaps (good for n2o :nod

I am asking $1,100 OBO. Located in Harrisburg, NC. I will drive within a reasonable distance to make pick up easier if you are coming from far away.

I would be interested in some parts on trade such as:
-1 7/8 headers & Y pipe
-Strange, AFCO, or QA1 double adjustable drag shocks
-Front suspension (k member, control arms, etc)
-Tunnel mounted chromoly torque arm
-98 A4 LS1 wiring harness
-Lightweight racing seats
