rebuilt hi-perf 4l60e

Swapping to a 6spd and wanna unload it. It'll be fully inspected when i take it out and new clutches put in. I don't wanna send someone a shot tranny. Everything else in it is top notch. The thing shifts hard. It was never to the track either but i'm gonna replace the clutches anyway just to be sure. It'll be a hell of a deal for anyone wanted a little more fun in their A4. I'm looking to get 900 for it but tell what you will give and we'll go from there.

Forgot something else. If you want i can add in a Vigilante 2800 stall converter for 650. It still has over a year left on the warranty and about 700 miles on it. It can also be restalled for free buy PI. If that is a little overkill I'll sell you a trans-star 3200 stall converter for 200.

I'm weary of the low post count....and the seemingly good deal.

I'm currently on the market for a rebuilt tranny and converter package.

1)where did you get the tranny work done? (website, shop...phone#)

2)Complete list of parts replaced or included on either a website and/or reciept.

3)What size is the Vig 2800 converter? STR on it? Lockup?

4)Tranny cooler included or a deeper transmission pan?

This deal sounds way too good, but make a believer out of me and we can might work something out.

I can understand. I would be weary too. I'm more of a frequent visitor on my local board GCFBA.net (greater cincinnati fbody association). Anyway the guy that did the work is Dave Smith. If you go to that site and ask about him you will hear good things all around. As far as a parts list i'm not really sure. I'm not really good with this stuff but i trust dave and he's never steered me wrong i just know what i have in it and what i'd like to get out of it. If you want to contact him his Website is LT1dave.com I'm not sure if his number is on there but if you want to call him i'll give you his number. Just tell him you want to know about Ryan Huff's Tranny. I'd love to get this thing sold so Just let me know and we will definately work something out.
