Pontiac Firebird/TA fenders, gauge face, fog light blackouts, etc

I just listed some stuff I want to sell off to help fund getting my car back together on eBay. Here are some links:

Is this an OEM fender? If not, who is it made by? What would you want for the driver side shipped to Metairie, La 70002. It's a buisness addy, not sure if that would make a diff.
