sry it took me so long to respond but the wheels are the 50mm offset, and I am located in Birmingham, Alabama.

 

will these fit under a 95 z28? Summit said they wouldnt but the local shop said they would. so who is right?

 

I'm not totally sure about this one, but im sure someone in here knows if it will fit on ur 95 z28. I don't want to tell you wrong so i'll leave it to someone that knows this. THANKS

are the tires drag radials?

 

yes these are the 555R drag radials. these tires have excellent grip on the street. I havent been to the track with 'em but im sure they'll hook very nice.
