Pentium 4 2.53Ghz, processor only, $100

I've got an almost brand new (a month old) P4 2.53Ghz, 533Mhz FSB for sale. $100 shipped gets it.

This is JUST the processor, not a barebones PC, motherboard combo, etc.

PM or email @ grdlock@houston.rr.com

Is it a B-core (512K L2 cache)? does it come with the heatsink/fan?

Honestly, I don't know. I thought all the P4's came with 512K cache.

No heatsink/fan, just CPU.

not really, there are 2ghz models with 256kb l2 cache and there are 1.8ghz models with 512kb

Northwood = 512kb l2 cache (1.8 - 3.2)
Willamette = 256kb l2 cache (1.3 - 2.0)

however this one is a Northwood B because its 2.53, you can tell not only because its way over 2ghz but also because its a 533fsb (133 quad) and you can easily notice that by the clock speed (it will only divide evenly by 133)
